I am not even close to being done but Im better than when i started. I will post my progress pictures I still have about 50 lbs to go I have lost almost 30 so far Its always good motivation to see how far you already have come rather than looking at how far you have to go.

For those wondering, I'm 5'2".0 -

I did reach my goal weight in the photo above, but gained a couple pounds back while on vacation last week! Hoping it will drop off again quickly!
I lost the first 30 lbs between January and May of 2011. I was motivated by my Wedding on 5.29.11, and mostly just counted calories and did some light exercise (about 5 days per week, 300 calorie burns - typically the elliptical, yoga, and some strength training but not a lot).
I lost the last 15 between January and May of 2013 (I guess Jan-May I'm really motivated or something??). I was training for my first Half Marathon at the time and wanted to see if dropping some more weight would make me faster, and it did! So I lost these last 15 lbs by once again, counting my calories, but also by running A LOT! I run about 25-40 miles per week now (however, I still have to eat really well to drop any weight, especially since I'm already at a healthy weight - BMI is around 20).
My profile picture is another before/after pic too - on my vacation to Alaska last week compared to when I went 4 years ago!0 -

I started out with MFP, just counting the calories and trying to stay within the limits, have a couple bad days every once and again.
Really got into exercising and now I exercise 6 days a week. More into strength than cardio (don't like cardio lol). I'm almost 3 months in and have never been more excited or motivated before.

August 2011....276lbs
Day one began Oct 25 2011....the same day I found mfp....logged all my food...never went over the calories MFP set for me. Walked on the treadmill for 20 minutes the first 2 months. It was painful...I won't like but when that first 20lbs came off by December 8, 2011....there was no turning back!! Now I have a 5k under my belt and will be doing the Warrior Dash in August and another 5k at the end of August. Life is good!!
