I cook my oatmeal with vanilla almond milk then add cut up strawberries, blueberries and a sprinkle of cinnamon! Super yum!

Not always pending what other ingredients you are using in your dish. Typically if I am using something that requires a liquid of some form then I don't add water. However if there are no liquids being used or minimal liquids being used I'll add a little water so whatever I'm cooking doesn't stick/burn. It just depends.…

I drink a lot of tea also...and even though it "counts" as water I don't count it because I usually add honey or agave nectar or almond milk to it. And while it may be "pointless" to track water intake, I like to track the actual plain water I drink daily :smile:!

In Nov that was my first TOM that I actually exercised through those dreaded "heavy days" and I Actually felt so much better. My heaviest day landed on the day I do double Zumba classes and surprisingly it alleviated so much of my usually crampy feelings!

I usually drink water when I'm feeling snacky....sometimes your hunger is just thirst....that's why I drink so much water :drinker:

I TRY to drink at minimum a gallon a day. The only days that I actually succeed in that typically are days I work out though. Just keep yourself hydrated :)!

I actually avoid the scale and taking inches until it's over because I "gain" roughly 2-5 pounds and I'm bloated. But I continue to eat healthy, work out and drink tons and tons of water. By the time it goes off I have lost those "period pounds" and sometimes another real pound! Stay encouraged :flowerforyou:!!
