Yes x3. Lots of walking today. Even got in a little retail therapy and some alone/me time, which I haven’t truly had in a few weeks. Just what I needed to pull me out of the funk I’ve been in. Feeling positive about the future again!

11/12: Yes x3 11/13: Yes x3. Today was such a busy day that I didn’t get unch, then once I had time it was too close to dinner. I did sneak in a quick snack - 1/2 cup of ice cream - not very nutritious but a nice treat. Have to do that once in awhile.

Yes x3 but a struggle again today. Haven’t been feeling well and not getting enough sleep, but I’m too darn stubborn to use a pass day just yet if I can muddle through and reach all 3 goals! I do feel like I’ve had a bit more energy lately though with eating better and exercising daily. :)

Yes to all 3 today but it was a struggle. If I didn’t have to check in here, I might’ve said “who cares” and grabbed that extra snack I wanted tonight. Instead, I jumped on the treadmill and then spent time with my pets. Took my mind right off the snack, so obviously I wasn’t hungry and didn’t need it. Goals all met!! :)

I've heard not to eat certain foods with others, but never time of day (except to not eat too close to bedtime). I'm seeing a dietician on Friday so will ask about it.

I do the same on my lunch break, then return to my desk job. I look at it this way...at least I was able to get some exercise in.
