They go from red to light and def not as noticeable.... I tried to find a good example with my pictures. The top picture was taken about 6 months after the birth of my 1st daughter (which is the first time I got stretch marks on my belly, and I got them ALLLL over). The bottom picture was taken about a year after the birth…

Well for some reason I can't get it to work... here in the first picture you can see my stretch marks are pretty red, it was about 8 months after having my first daughter. Now a few years later, they are light and not as noticeable, even though they are still there.…

Monday, Wed, and Fridays, I'm doing 1 hour - 90 minutes of cardio (elliptical and stationary bike mostly) and then strength training using my gym's weight machines. Tuesdays and Thursdays I normally only do 30 minutes of cardio and strength training or sometimes just strength training. Saturdays and Sundays are my "off…

I have hypothyroidism which slows down my metabolism greatly, pretty much to a stand still when I'm not medicated. Different hormones also affect weight loss, some women when they are on certain birth control pills gain weight because of the hormone shift introduced from the birth control.

My daughter is really small for her age (dx as failure to thrive, has a sever milk allergy) anyway, people always ask her age and when I give you her age, no it isn't an open invitation for you to ask why she is so small and to know what is wrong with her, as I don't like talking about it in person and going into the…

No my husband is 6'4 (I'm 5'5) and has always been about 100lbs more than me. At his lowest adult weight was 1lb more than my highest pregnancy weight. We are both looking to lose about 75lbs. However, back in my dating days, I dated a guy for a while that was much smaller than me and very fit and in shape and I HATED it…

Great job everyone!! I LOVE reading sucess stories, big and small. Mine is kinda silly but it made me super happy. For my 20lbs mini goal sucess I went and got a little mini makeover at a local beauty school and my husband was coming to pick me up and called me to have me come out, I just ignored the call and walked out…
