I'm starting the full lifestyle adjustment in 2020, it will take me a few days to get my eating figured out and figure out my routine for working out. I have to get them both on the same path or else I will just fail. I am currently 2 1/2 months post partum. struggling a little with balance right now, so if I focus on…

Like you all I did really good losing weight for awhile. Then I unfortunately had two miscarriages, emotionally ate, and got into a relationship with my couch... that caused all of the weight to come back. I will hopefully be planning a wedding soon, and I do not have myself pictured the way I am now in the wedding dress.…

If I was you don't limit yourself to your 22nd bday, realize it may take a little longer. Start with your diet then slowly add in exercise. Just taking it all on at once may be a lot to take on at once. When you start getting closer to your goal you may want to consider Crossfit. I am trying to train for law enforcement…

wow you go!! that is awesome!

you are fine doing them both as one does cardio and one does more HIIT If you have found that you've plateau'd then you meight need to switch it up... exercise harder with more intensive treadmill inclines, add weights, with food add 200 calories one or two days just to switch it up This is what has worked for me so far.…

I had Silvers that have been sitting in my closet for awhile... scared to try them on in case after all this time they would still be too tight... then when I got up the nerve to try them on they were too big.

it's totally doable! Low carb is the key and lots of movement don't use your PCOS as an excuse, you can do this I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 20. I have always ate what I wanted, now I have taken control and lost 50 lbs.
