I don't do that. because it doesn't count as burned calories. I just count however long I did it as weight training under cardio vascular. because lifting does burn calories so i want them to show lol

I'm the same way. My goal is 1500 a day and most of the time I'm anywhere from 900 to 1100 lol not including what comes off for exercise. it's fine for me. as long as you eat when you're hungry and not starving yourself then I think you'll be okay.

I'm still 200 lbs, but I've lost 40lbs. and I'm so happy with that and so confident about it, no one makes me feel bad about myself anymore. I guess it's just a mental place you have to get to.

i have just dicovered the wonderfulness of cucumber sanwiches!
