And you can see your belt buckle again after 20 years.

And here I thought the OP was going to be about the possible tawdry promiscuity that occurs after you lose the flab.

Bumpity-bump, cuz it's Friday.

Very nice wok! Good bye belly. Can you see your belt bucket nowadays?

Great job. Way to stick with the program. It does become a habit to check in everyday and it keeps me going, as does posts like yours.

Wow, great job! Forty pounds in four months, that's a real good pace. Love your visual representation (your dog is wondering what in the heck is going on!...) When I get done with my weight loss I'm thinking I'll stack up 30 lbs.of sticks of butter in a pyramid and photograph it. I get encouragement from every one of these…

This happened to me a few years ago, except I lost 11 lbs. over a weekend (I was starting at about 225 lbs, though). You don't have to gain back all the weight, I didn't. Just use that quick 6 lbs. loss as a springboard and keep it going.

I got the question at Easter. To the question: "How did you do it?" just say, "I got a new app for my phone." Like your golf game or your Facebook page or your scrapbooking no one wants to hear about how cool your phone is (or admit how inept they are at smartphones) so they usually shut up.

Love it!

Time Lords notice that sort of thing...

The incredible shrinking man. Nice work. Keep it up!

Impressive work. I can see you did lots of lifting. And the time traveling into the future is awesome too!

Lucky for you I spotted this thread AND happened to have my phone hooked up to my computer...

Whoa! Wowser! Incredibly amazing transformation. Awesome. Just......>speechless<

Nice work, well done! This is the sort of stuff that keeps me going. Thanks for posting it.

Way to go! Keep battling.

This is my procedure as well.

I wear regular fit jeans 36" W X 34" L. I have a pair of relaxed fit that are 38" W X 32" L. (These are the same brand of jeans, can't explain the differing sizes.) The 38" relaxed fit is actually loose and would fall off my hips without a belt. The 36" regular fit are getting loose. Strange, but when I was in college I…

Thanks for the post. We're in the same boat, trying to lose about 30 lbs. I'm also trying to get to my goal by June or so. If I do I might keep going and get under 200. So far I've noticed my jeans and pants are a bit looser but that's about it. You can see your difference the best in the original photo and then the group…

I weigh every day after breakfast. This is my "official" recorded weight in MFP. I fluctuate 1-2 lbs. per day. But if I were to take every Monday's (or whatever day, so long as it's the same day of the week) weigh in number it would be trending downward. Freaks me out though--sometimes I weigh myself right after peeing…

I'd love to go shoe shopping with you, and BONUS the malls won't be crowded since the NFL playoffs are on TV this afternoon!

I love comedian Jeff Allen.

No, you stay home and relax. Let me go to the store and get you some tampons.

Found this: http://www.consumerreports.org/cro/2012/05/are-krill-oil-pills-as-good-as-fish-oil/index.htm

What do you folks think of Krill Oil? I had to stop taking fish oil because I almost choked to death on the tablet a couple of times--they're huge, like horse pills.

YES! In my numerous conversations with Comcast reps they always say, "I understand you must be frustrated and I know what you are feeling right now". I now answer with, "No you don't! Have you been forced to reboot your cable box the last nine times you wanted to watch TV, then call Comcast to have it re-activated and be…

Not a customer story but a customer service rep story. I've been having trouble with Comcast HD DVR cable boxes (I'm on my 7th one in 6 weeks.) I've talked to Comcast reps more than my family of late. Every time you call they start at the top of their troubleshooting script and work their way down. Here's an excerpt from…
