I didn't read the thread so this may have been mentioned, but caffeine is a diuretic which will actually lead to dehydration.

Stick with sashimi. If you go with rolls or nigiri sushi ask for brown rice. Also on the rolls you can ask them to go easy on any sauces.

These work well but make sure your door has enough clearance on each side. The door I put it on has a wall on one side so the bar is a little cockeyed. The grip on the left side is providing the cushion to the door and because it is not thick enough I have gouged out the wood a a little bit on that side.

Is it good for you? No. Will it kill you to enjoy one once in a while? No. Enjoy in moderation and you will be fine.

There are many similar products on the market, but the main thing no matter which workout you choose is to STICK WITH IT. Be patient and the results will come. I started P90X this summer and made it about 5 weeks before I started cheating on days and workouts and the whole thing fell apart. Once you start to see progress…

As long as you are recording it and exercising to offset it I don't see the problem with eating out once in a while (maybe not every day though haha). Just remember, everything in moderation.

I like to add a little fruit juice to a Pellegrino (sp?) or some other sparkling water. I don't drink soda but maybe a Diet Coke once a month.
