Keep the mayo, lose the bread. Eat it with celery or something if you have to. Yummm...

That is so weird because I had a dream last night with like TONS of cats in it, and they were all so cute... I know that sounds weird but can't help it!! It was only a dream [sigh]...

Yeah getting hot definitely improves your confidence.

I like "Believe" by Cher... I remember when that song first came out when I was in high school. I would drive around and sing it at the top of my lungs... "Well, I know that I'll get thru this. Cause I know that I am strong!! I don't need you anymore. No, I don't need you any mooooooooooore," etc.

Low carbs, all day long.

It absolutely works. Try under 20 grams carbs, 50 grams protein, and the rest of your calories fat for quick weight loss.

No... I try to stay away from them, though. I like Truvia which has Erythritol and doesn't upset my stomach. But Maltitol tears me up. I avoid that stuff like the plague, even though it tastes great. I don't think Xylitol is so good on my system, either.

Yes, most definitely!!
-
Try low-carb.

I know exactly what you mean about the boyfriend comments... However mine usually says these things because he doesn't understand why I can't just "eat everything in moderation." He questions be because I go from exercising 5 days a week to not exercising at all. I go from not eating lunch to eating ice cream for lunch (no…

Joining the conversation late but YES... I think this works. Stimulates norepinephrine, a neurotransmitter that activates hormone-sensitive lipase, the enzyme that causes lipolysis. You burn fat and your appetite is therefore curbed. I think some people have a catecholamine deficiency which makes them hungry all the time…

CarbSmart or So Delicious Coconut Ice Cream (no sugar added). They are not extremely low in calories but much much healthier for you without all that sugar.

I have another important question... If it is so hard for you to "eat enough calories to lose weight," then why are you counting calories?? Seems like your weight gain must be related to something besides an abundance of calories, then. I am trying to figure this out, too.

I hear you, Sister!!
-
I have already done that... Thanks for the suggestion, though!! I have noticed my hunger has gone from "INSANE, obessive thoughts about sweets, watching the food channel," to "manageable but annoying." My energy level has also gone way up after switching to low-carb. I would still like to eat less, though, and am wondering…

I do not understand you people who can not eat. I recently had a 3,000 calorie day and was still hungry at the end of it. WHAT IS YOUR SECRET?????
-
Um more in the way of supplements I guess. I have read that calcium can help your appetite and help you lose weight.
-
LOL!!!!!!!!!!

I think if you are eating when you are not hungry, then you are crazy. Do not eat more than your body is telling you to. You will not go into "starvation mode." Trust me, you will know "starvation mode" when it happens. It is not something you want to experience. You will have NO energy. As long as you have energy, you are…

Read Why We Get Fat by Gary Taubes.

I'm doing a ketogenic diet where I eat as much fat as I want but restrict carbs to just about under 30 or 40 grams per day. I eat a lot of coconut ice cream (no sugar added). I keep protein moderate (as much as I can), meaning around 50 - 75 grams per day if I can manage to eat that little, but I don't fret too much if I…

FULL FAT Greek yogurt.

Yay I want to be buddies! Have you read Good Calories, Bad Calories by Gary Taubes or The Primal Blueprint by Mark Sisson? These are essential books if you are doing LCHF.
-
Go low-carb, high-fat, moderate protein. You can't go wrong and the weight will fall off.

You do need food. That is why you get hungry. Read Good Calories, Bad Calories or Why We Get Fat by Gary Taubes. You need fat and protein, not carbs. Don't deny your body what it needs. Your weight will work itself out.
-
Read Good Calories, Bad Calories by Gary Taubes and go on a low-carb diet. Then you will very quickly find motivation. Thanks.

Actually, read Good Calories, Bad Calories by Gary Taubes... Physical activity doesn't really do much but make you hungrier than you already are when you're on a semi-starvation diet. This book will change your perspective of fat people. Thanks.
