If you have the app on your phone, you can go to the nutrition tab and and then you can see your total nutrients. it will have your total carbs and fiber so you can easily subtract and get your net carbs :)

Sadly you cannot deep fry anything in water, you need to use a high smoke point oil or fat, most people use canola but I stay away from seed oils, another option would be bacon grease or lard. I used to be a bit shy about this too but after a while you get more comfortable. I just went for it. At first i mostly used the weight machines but then worked up to freeweights/squat rack etc.. put some music in and don't look anybody in the eye and just pretend they aren't there. best of luck :)

This happens to me as well when I workout vigorously, My skin is very sensitive and it reacts to hot and cold. I also have to use fragrance free laundry soap and sensitive skin body wash. It kinda sucks but you get used to.
