Wanting to learn about differences between Paleo & Keto Diets.

keto diet requires that you consume very low amounts of carbohydrates in order to put your body into a state called Ketosis, its the same state your body goes into when your starving, essentially you start burning fat instead. Paleo is when you cut out processed foods, and refined sugars, and grains. but you can still eat high carb foods like sweet potatoes , fruit, veggies.. hope that helps!0

For weight loss, both are predicated on the idea that the restrictive nature of the diet will inherently create a caloric deficit without the "inconvenience" of actually tracking one's intake. IIRC both have been shown to be beneficial to those needing to improve certain biomarkers but there aren't significant advantages for rate of fat loss for either when compared to a varied diet when calories are equated.0
