  • I'm not sure you are eating enough. I am border line PCOS and I have found that if I fule my body with more cals that are low in carbs I can lose better. Just a thought that might help you.

  • Have you tired eating more veggies, fruit and high fiber foods? 5 pieces of fruit aday. I had the same prob and now I'm eating more fruit, veg and hight fiber foods like baked beans, I'm like clock work it really does make a big differance.

  • I cook pork chops in the slow cooker with a tin of mushrooms soup and ad some herbs. I also add chopped peppers, mushrooms, celery, onions and herbs. The mushrooms sauce makes a great gravy for mashed potatoes or rice. And lizmc23 is right it makes the house smell GREAT!!!

  • Hey, like Scott said you dont have to wear it but you do need to be in it's range. whne I do a work out and it's bettign in the way I put it around my sports bra strap or on my tank top. Hope that hepls. =D

  • Hey, I did bodycombat at the gym last night and my HRM said I burned 655 cals. I'm 5'8" and weigh in at 204 lbs. Hope that gives you an idea and helps
