I often have poached eggs, no extra kcals from adding fat, and super tasty. I can't imagine eating just egg whites - the yolk is by far my favourite part!

Is this to shrink them or grow them?

I weigh my butter pat before and after, and usually I have used 16g for 2 slices of Toast, spread so you can taste it, kind of medium thickness. Something like Flora is only 10g for the same volume, but half the deliciousness!

Keep doing it regularly and your but will get used to it. Mine hurts every spring for a few days, but the pain settles down quickly. I got a bike 2 years ago for the same reason- it's a great way to spend time with kids :)

I'm not smiling. It's wind. But my name IS Becca.

Is this a troll post? Or did someone really think kale, tofu and beansprouts was a 'perfectly nice meal?' If I served that up my husband would probably never come home for dinner again!

I have actually learned something from this thread! After 7 months of having my phone, I finally found the refresh button! Hooray! (Are we nearly there yet?)

I have been known on more than one or two occasions to buy 2 boxes of 6 Cadbury creme eggs, and realising after eating 4 that I would have to finish the box so that hubby wouldn't know how greedy I was. Then after dinner, he would open the other box, and I would have to have one so he wouldn't think it was odd refusing one…

It's normal for weight to fluctuate up and down, up and down. If you watch your salt intake and drink plenty of water, these fluctuations may not look so wild and disappointing. The bottom line is: if you are consuming less calories than you burn, you will lose weight. Oh yes, and try to eat plenty of fibre. It really does…

Yeah I've had the 'how tall are you', and also 'You look good for a mother of two' Um, thanks I think.

I have been doing this for a little over 31 years now. I find it works for me. I'm not telling everyone what to do, but really its the only way to live. IMHO of course!

Yep same here. Where I'm from if you dine out you call it 'going out for tea'. And to invite guests for an evening meal is to 'ask them to tea'. Just dialect.

Mountain goat. I would love to be so sure footed on the rocks.

I love every bread I have ever tried. I think it would be easier to say my least favourite- German black bread. Having said that, I wouldn't turn it down! A good fresh Naan is hard to beat, but homemade bread with white flour and a drizzle of olive oil through it and a salt crust is great too. I just can't choose. Why are…

Too funny!! I am terrified to join a gym as I'm sure I would end up something like one of those.

So much this. I loooove my George! I find its very easy to collect the bacon fat so I can fry my eggs in it :-D And it is amazing for steak, fish, everything really. But I also love mcdonalds, I make it fit my macros, and I'm doing pretty well health and weight-wise.

Beautifully written. And I can relate. My father has tried all sorts too, and yet is now bigger than ever! I'm not ready to get rid of the scale yet, but I have set myself some fitness goals. 1) Drink more water 2) For January I am challenging myself to do one extra push-up per day. I am ahead of schedule though, I can do…
