I am experiencing the same thing and a nurse told me that it is "totally" normal. We are losing "insulation" from our body. As weightloss slows down the extreme coldness will get better.

Thank you so much for this recipe! These are wonderful! I served them alongside teriyaki chicken fried cauli-rice and asian beef lettuce wraps. It was the perfect asian meal! :flowerforyou: I"ve got some stashed in the freezer, so I am hoping that they thaw and reheat well for the next "asian" week I plan for.

I have always only eaten fried fish and have been wanting to try cooking fish in a healthier way, but have not yet attempted this. But I have been told numerous times to soak the fish in milk before prepping to cook to take away the "fishy" flavor.

Wow! I have been real emotional lately too. I never imagined "chalking it up" to blood sugar. Thanks for posing the question and everyone else for their responses. I was just assuming I was dealing with all the "emotions" that go along with with weight loss (and I know there are alot), but to know there could be an…

I hope you all enjoy this cake! I"m limiting my sugar right now so I haven't been able to partake in this delectable delight, but I have getting people at work "hooked" on it by making it and taking it in for them. HeHeHe. I like to tell them it's a "diet" cake after they fall in love with it. Enjoy!

Thanks for the wonderful suggestions everyone! That Crossfit Centurian site if very interesting.

skinnytaste.com is one of my favortie websites ever for lowcal recipes. New recipes all the time! I am subscribed to the site so I can be updated daily if necessary! LOL. That's how much I love it!

I would think you could use any chocolate cake mix in this recipe.. (I don't know if it would alter the nutritional value at all) Chocolate cake mixes are flavored with milk chocolate and devil's food cake mixes are richer and darker with a strong cocoa flavor.

One of my weaknesses! I work 2nd shift and love to snack while "winding down" in front of the tv after work. I have found chewing the Extra mint chocolate chip ice cream gum is a wonderful craving quencher and keeps my jaws busy! Give it a try!
