I have done Insanity and T25, my personal preference is T25 as I'm lazy and 25 mins is achievable for me daily. Also, with Insanity the amount of jumping gave me chronic shin splints! I think T25 or Insanity would be good to bring your % down and some muscle gain and then a round of P90X should help bulk up a bit more.…

I love it!! My boyfriend and I switched about a month ago and wouldn't go back. We still have 'real' meat if we're going out but for home Quorn is the best! I used to hate preparing chicken and now I don't have to :0) I'm sure I wouldn't have lost as much if I was eating proper mince, it seems so greasy now. Their sausages…

This is so sad, I hope he get's better! Sounds like you're doing all the right things for him. Have you tried searching the symptoms online to see if there is anything it could be? I know how much you get attached to animals, however small they are. Good luck with your exam and the Boyfriend! x

I have never done it either as it's expensive and you have to get someone to come to your house over here. I know someone who did it for a year or so and lost about 50lbs!!

Jillian Michaels 30 day shred! It's awesome and even when you don't feel like doing it you always feel great for doing it after! She has loads of other DVD's too, not sure how long they are though :0)

I'm on day 3 of level 2 of the shred and I'm really loving it. I'm sure she's trying to kill me, but it's ok!! She really pushes you to go harder than you think you can, but that's all good to me :0) Nothing bad to say about the workouts at all, start them soon and you'll be glad you did!

I've only lost 6lbs and people are already noticing! It's great but I am only 5ft 2ins and as people say 'Every pound shows' You'll start noticing soon enough, try and find pictures of yourself before you started and I'm sure you will see a difference

At the weekends I normally have 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites, gives me more than just than just 1 egg but with less calories! Don't count the rest of the day off, just watch what you eat and if you go over then don't get disheartened. Well done on the weight loss too :0) x

I'm on day 5 of the shred and can already see a difference, people have told me I'm looking slimmer which is nice as I thought it might just be wishful thinking! I'm really motivated to keep going on this and give it my all. Add me as a friend if you want, I'm always interested to know how other shredders are doing x
