I work out to get extra calories!! I make those extra calories count, with healthy food.0

On days when i don't eat back my exercise calories I still eat at least 1,200. :flowerforyou:0 -
1) I eat 50%-75% of them as I'm abit sceptical of the burn rate - But always 1,200 cals a day.
