I do 8 oz of coffee(espresso concentration decaf) and 1/3 cup of full fat coconut cream. I add 1/2 tbsp of butter sometimes but not often.

Thanks for all the replies. I went today to a boxing/physical conditioning class and LOVED it!!! Much easier on my back. I am also doing my own 30 min. circuit training and adjusting exercises as needed. Considering how I could hardly walk a year ago my back is doing great. I am excited to be active!

Thanks for the information. Today is my first day and I have not logged any exercise. I rest on Sundays and Mondays...so I will see what my calorie intake is on Tuesday when I do exercise.
