  • Don't be so hard on yourself.....we're our own worst enemy!! Like you said, tomorrow is another day, time to start over. Sometimes we just need to get things out of our system. We've all been there, done that!! Just look at what you've accomplished so far....you should be proud!
  • I wouldn't dare eat Chinese food right now because its so high in sodium! I love it but I'd have to pass or I would probably gain 10 pounds!! I retain water easily anyway so maybe I'll treat myself after I get into that size 12 pants!
  • I record whatever the scale says on my log in day. I'm changing my day from Monday to Wednesday. I feel it's more of a neutral day. Monday is too soon after the weekend when I'm more apt to slip up a bit. Logging in on Wednesday gives me a couple days to be a good girl and right my wrong.......lol!
