    I weigh at the gym and so yeah I weigh with clothes and shoes on. Started this way so as long as I keep doing it then I am on track.

    Either nada or nightie and socks.....no more.....unless I'm at doctors then whatever I'm wearing minus shoes and sweater or coat.

    Always in my undies before I workout/breakfast. :) I never weigh in with clothes on.

    I wake up, pee, strip, then weigh myself. Before eating anything.
    Clothes always add at least an extra two pounds on me,so why do I want to see the weight if its not even there? ;)
