    I wear nothing..first thing when I wake up and after a bathroom visit. Sometimes I will do the same at night to see the change in the am.

    I wear nothing. I go to the bathroom then i put my contacts in so I can see what I weigh then i measure. I dont even shower first. I shower after.

    Also, ONLY first in the morning (if I get called away and distratced by kids/husband/dogs/cat/phone or just forget, I don't weigh that day) and same time every day (If I sleep in, I do not weigh that day), scale in the magic best place on bathroom floor, right foot on always before left---

    I weigh myself with clothes on, because that's how they would weigh me at the doctor's office. Shoes, depending on which pair I'm wearing.

    My scale is in the kitchen- the only place in the house with a level floor- so I weigh myself dressed, jeans & a shirt. I remove hoodies and my belt, no shoes on. I weigh right before I leave for work in the morning, so I've already gone to the bathroom & haven't eaten anything yet.
