    I'm usually in my birthday suit.

    If, however, you're just looking just to see if you've gone up or down and your exact weight isn't as much of an issue, all you need to do is be consistent in what you're wearing.

    Only thing i wear when I weigh myself is a smile. Sometimes a frown depending on what the scale says.

    Not a thing. My boyfriend wakes up thinking why is there a naked girl running around our house. Oh wait thats just my crazy naked girlfriend and yes I do a little dance if I have lost lol.

    Yup. Me too. And usually my socks because my feet are always cold but other than those things, nada. I want to know MY weight, not my weight AND my clothes' weight.

    I weigh in undies and a cami as soon as I get up for the day. I would weigh in my b'day suit, but I like breakfast before I shower. My husband weighs fully clothed including shoes. He could care less about getting it down to the last pound or ounce. At least he is consistent.
