Either my birthday suit or undies/bra. Nothing more. I usually try to pee too before I weigh. lol0

Nothing but a look of hope.0

I'm usually in my birthday suit.
If, however, you're just looking just to see if you've gone up or down and your exact weight isn't as much of an issue, all you need to do is be consistent in what you're wearing.0 -
NAKED!!! No second guessing that way.0

Only thing i wear when I weigh myself is a smile. Sometimes a frown depending on what the scale says.

Not a thing. My boyfriend wakes up thinking why is there a naked girl running around our house. Oh wait thats just my crazy naked girlfriend and yes I do a little dance if I have lost lol.0

Yup. Me too. And usually my socks because my feet are always cold but other than those things, nada. I want to know MY weight, not my weight AND my clothes' weight.0 -
nothing! pee, strip, weigh :-)

Nothing. 1st thing in the am, pee, strip & weigh! I want the absolute lowest weight possible!!!0

I weigh in undies and a cami as soon as I get up for the day. I would weigh in my b'day suit, but I like breakfast before I shower. My husband weighs fully clothed including shoes. He could care less about getting it down to the last pound or ounce. At least he is consistent.
pee
blow nose
strip out of jammies

At home....I weigh myself in the morning after using the restroom and in what ever clothes I am in. I really don't mind the fluctuations...since I know basic anatomy.
At work, I am weighed in uniform with no shoes on, and they take off about 4 lbs for my ODUs.
Also, when measured for height it is with no shoes on as well.0 -
I weigh myself in the AM before my shower, i.e., naked. I will go here: sometimes I weigh myself before and after I poop just to see the difference.
Re: shoe height v. actual height
In school they always measured our heights with our tennis shoes on in gym, and I never considered that I wasn't 5'10½ until I had surgery and they measured me properly. I was bitterly disappointed to know I was 5'9, which I consider a no woman's land between lady and Amazon.0 -
I wear pj shorts and a tank top0

I also pee and wear as little as possible. LOL0

undies0

I use the bathroom and get undressed, down to my undergarments. At least then I know that its all me. lol0

When I started, I used the shipping scale in the warehouse, so I was fully dressed ... keys in my pocket, cell phone, wallet, etc.
I use the same scale for each weigh-in, so I'm similarly attired each time, making each subsequent reading comparable.
The LOSS is what's important, not the current number.
As long as one is consistent, it doesn't matter.
When attending a doctor's appointment, the nurse weighs me in the hallway prior to entering the examination room, so obviously I'm fully dressed then.
Just don't load up with heavy clothing with $10 in change in your pocket one day, then be nude the next, and proclaim a weight loss!0 -
Only my BodyMedia Fit Armband... :blushing:0
