You're so inspirational. Amazing to see how much can be done in 5 months. I'm very motivated now x

Wow, you look great. Well done. I am on day 10 (still level 1 - don't think i will ever be fit enough to do level 2 or 3!) I am completely exhausted after so it must be doing some good. Thanks for sharing. Gives me the motivation to continue.

You look briliant. Thanks for sharing.

My 5 year old keeps me motivated. She is always telling me how wobbly i am. Kids say it as it is. Good you can laugh about it.

I have porridge everyday for breakfast and plan our family meals, so i add breakfast and dinner ahead. Then i know how many calories i have left for lunch and snacks. Helps keep me honest.

Little mini goals are definitely keeping me going. Any time i feel like giving up i just give myself another little goal to work towards (one that's achievable in 1-2 weeks). Helps keep me focused.

I did at the beginning and now only if it is food i am not sure about. I am still losing so i guess i haven't under-estimated too much.

Not sure if it will help you, but my sister has a weakness for Cheese cake. Now anytime she wants some she imagines in tasting like anchovies and it puts her off. Maybe try imagining the food you are going to binge on will taste like something you really hate. It's worth a try. Hope you can get it sorted.

Good luck. I love this site. I have never stuck at weight loss for very long, but this site has really helped me.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. As long as you are not WAY under you should be fine. If you are still losing weight then you aren't in starvation mode. If you're hungry then eat them, and if you aren't then don't. Good luck.

Congratulations. Honestly i would listen to my body and definitely up your calorie intake. Try and make it as healthy as possible. I have 3 kids and with each one i gained 70+lbs when i was pregnant (i wasn't healthy). Make sure you are taking care of the tiny little bundle in your tummy, the 1st trimester is when…

I am trying to avoid snacks for as long as i can. Saying that i am definitely not planning on living without them. My problem is 1 cookie is not enough. I end up eating the whole packet and then hey presto, off the wagon. Since i joined MFP 66 days ago (not that i'm counting!) I haven't eaten any snacks. I'm too scared…

Welcome, my sister introduced me to MFP in January and i love it. I have always dieted for a few weeks and then got bored and started eating junk again. This site has really helped, and it's the longest i have ever stuck at losing weight. Counting calories here is so easy and it really makes you think about what you eat.…

I haven't done any 'proper' exercise yet because i can't find the time (or motivation). I have been watching my calories like a hawk, not eating ANY junk and i seem to be doing okay. I take the stairs, park further away from the shops etc.. just little things to increase my exercise without too much effort. If you are too…

Wow, thanks for the inspiration. I was feeling tempted by some cup-cakes but not anymore.
-
By the time i've finished my journey i should have lost the weight of my 2 year old!

I haven't done any exercise yet and i am losing weight each week. I know i will have to do some toning soon but finding the time is very hard. Counting calories is so simple and effective. I have been doing some extra walking and lots of un-necessary trips up the stairs at home but i haven't done any 'proper exercise'.…
