ok, I just wanted to share something I realized and might help others along this journey. Yesterday, I brought (2) 3 lb weights to work to try to fit in a workout during the day (didn't happen but thats not the point). So when I gathered all my stuff up at the end of the day, I then plopped the weights ontop of the pile I was holding and OMG, it was heavy! You would think 6 lbs is not that much but try it out. Gather some things together in your arms, files, folded clothes, whatever, and then stick 6lbs worth of weights ontop. And just think, I have now lost almost 3 sets of 6lb weights so far!! How many have you lost??? Put it all in perspective and you will be so proud of your accomplishments!

before joining MFP i had lost 50lbs. i think when i have set backs it makes it that much harder. I think to myself " I lost that weight why can i not get motivated to lose the last 30"

Just remember that it will likely take longer to lose that last 30 lb than it did the first 50. You can do it and you will be so happy you did. We are all here for you!!
