I like the plain unsweetened over cereal. Its also really great to use in instant oatmeal, gives the oatmeal a bit of a richer taste than just hot water that I use at work.

I'm a big fan. Recently found a new studio to practice at so getting into a new routine but when I first began my practice a few years ago, I was practicing 4 times a week on my lunch break at work. I always leave class feeling better than when I walked in and I love that.

Yup, push up bras and "chicken cutlets" are our friends. I guess one good thing we have going for us is that we can usually find our size on the clearance rack at department stores. I'd rather have that than having to pay $40 or $50 for over the shoulder boulder holders.
