What do you think of the trampoline? My knees keep bothering me with my workouts i'm modifying a bit but thought about a trampoline to help with some of the jumping exercises. Can i do things like high knees, jump squats on it(without falling or bouncing off that is;)?

I'm at another lb lost. Hopefully for next week it will be another lb. So only 5lbs for the challenge but I'd rather be going down in numbers than up. So im ok not hitting my goal.

my new scale isn't the best, it was from aldi and I guess it's kind of cheap. So between that and my floor has slopes in it I just weigh in and move the scale to a few different places in the bathroom and go with the number that is most frequent. cottage cheese with a few almonds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. It's soo yummy! For something sweet I melt a few chocolate chips with peanut butter and pour it over a banana, it's delicious.

I finally got to a scale. Actually I went into Walmart and got one out of a box and used it, lol. If that isn't tacky I don't know what is. So it says 194.-it wasn't digital so I don't know about any oz. So down 2 lbs or so from 7 weeks ago I think. So I basically maintained which I seem to be great at:) I will try harder…

I workout at home and have an oly bar, 300lbs of weights, a bench, a step with 4 risers for hip thrusts, and dumbellls up to 25 lbs. I also have bands. I can't do every exercise, mostly I can't do pullups and things like that but I can compromise with what I have. I bought most of my stuff on craigslist for pretty cheap.…

I will suggest adding in weighted deadlifts, hip thrusts, glute bridges for you flat bum:) Look bret Contreras the glute guy he wrote strong curves with kellie davis. He has a website and book. Very informative and will help you get a strong butt!

the best way I found was to mix it with a juice, apple or fruit punch and a pinch of cinnamon. Then heat it in the microwave. Tastes like a strong apple cider. It's quite good actually.

I love venison, my husband hasn't gone hunting yet this year though. And cabbage and bacon sounds delicious! So does what someone else said avocado with evoo and balsalmic? Interesting, I may have to try that. And steak and cheeseburger, yummy. I haven't had steak in probably a year, I need one!
