Try using psyllium fiber 30 min before eating lunch and dinner. The Fiber helps to capture the 'bad fat' then you flush it away eventually.

Try looking up on web site 'Sacred Heart Diet'. You might enjoy giving that a try for a week.

I agree. 3 pounds a week is not healthy. You will gain everything back eventually. You need to start eating properly and that is how you will lose the pounds and keep them off. Along with exercise. Friend me. I'm curious to see how you make out.

Get a lot of friends on MFP. It's great when you get to read what everyone is up to or doing. It definately keeps me motivated and on track. message me if you would like to be friends. Janet

You need to make some friends to converse back and forth with, to give and show support and answer any questions you may have. Non of my MFP friends are rude or ignorant or make fun of me and I've only been here a few weeks. Introduce yourself and make some new friends.

I think you should just listen to your body. If you feel ok then continue, if your body is sending you signals to stop, then stop.

Hi. I started using "system Green Coffee Bean" from Wal-mart. As Dr. Oz points out, it should be at least 400mg. The pkg directions say one pill with breakfast and lunch but Dr. Oz says one pill half an hour before breakfast, lunch and dinner. I have lost 2 pounds in one week. I've only just begun. You could also ask your Doctor to refer you to a specialist. Sometimes a specialist knows a little more than a General Physician. I also have thyroid problems.
