Need help to stick with my plan it discourages me every time i fail any advice on how to have sucess :smile:

    Yup, stick to it. When you have a bad day, get right back on track the next one. Just remember how bad you want it.

    Get a lot of friends on MFP. It's great when you get to read what everyone is up to or doing. It definately keeps me motivated and on track. message me if you would like to be friends. Janet

    *Change your computer's desktop wallpaper to a motivational picture/quote. Update that every week.
    *Take a picture of yourself, and create a new picture of "the new you" off of that. Bring that image to mind every time you feel like stopping or slacking off.
    *Look at yourself in the mirror and SEE (not imagine) you in your perfect form, while you're working out.
    *Surround yourself with positive people. Honestly, this is the MAIN thing that helped me!
