I find that a light cardio workout generally helps with my cramping, but it all depends on you. If exercise doesn't help or makes it worse, then take a break for a day or two and adjust cals for that day or that week. You know your body best, listen to it :)

AGH I can totally relate! I just started heavy lifting again in the past few weeks on top of the cardio I was doing, and I am so HUNGRY! Yesterday was leg day, my stomach felt like a bottomless pit all evening!!

i can't do black coffee either. I add sweetener and 1% milk, or if I really wanna get fancy, sometimes I buy the sugar free creamers and add a bit of that. I know aspartame is evil (or many on here claim it is), but I think it's better than loading my coffee with sugar. Sidenote - you are beautiful! No homo lol.

Haha I thought I was the only one, absolutely love it! And the best is seeing a fridge and cupboards stocked up with nutritious food after you come home and unload them all!
