    Oatmeal. Stove-top, baked, refrigerator... Can't get enough of the endless possibilities and I REALLY look forward to it every morning.

    Peanut butter and company. I want to try the spicy peanut butter. Love white chocolate wonderful, dark chocolate dream, and mighty maple.

    FYI...my current food obsession is avocados...just plain on top of a salad....they're so yummy!

    That's my current food obsession also. I like to mash one avocado with one tablespoon of a balsamic vinaigrette and salt to taste. Goes great with chicken!

    roasted brussel sprouts and garlic cloves, and slivered lemon (rind and all) with a little olive oil.

    salad with roasted beets, goat cheese and walnuts, raspberry vinaigrette

    3-2-1 mug cake with chocolate chips & peanutbutter, or topped with a teaspoon of fruit jam depending on calories available

    Honeydew! I change out my obsession about every 4.5 days.

    Edited to add: Also fresh sugar snap peas with a little sesame oil and sesame seeds thrown in a hot pan for about 60 seconds.
