If the kids will cooperate, 3 miles on the treadmill in the family room at our gym (I love our gym!), then 1000m in the pool. Then, we play in the pool.0

For July 28, 2012, I would say either the walking I had done today or the Zumba routine I had done during the National Dance Day gathering in Cape Canaveral Florida...
BTW, I am more than likely better at walking than Zumba. But, I enjoy Zumba more...0 -

Did 30 minutes on the treadmill with on an incline, and then tested for my green belt in Tae Kwon Do, in which i sweated my butt off for close to an hour.0
