I'm logging it in as calisthenics (light to moderate effort). She said in her FAQ to log it in under advanced pilates or cal, so I'm doing that. There isn't an advanced pilates on here. Thanks everyone! I think I'm going to follow the calendar for the beginner ones and jump right into the May calendar. I'm so excited! I really like her meal plan too, it's very manageable. I'll start that in May too :)

I have done the Gangam style workout video, the inner thigh and butt one and now just starting over with POP Pilates for Beginners. I've done pilates before, but never like this. She is so much more intense and fun. I can't wait until I do it again.

I am in the exact same boat. I've pushed up to 222lbs, the highest I've ever been even though I have always been overweight, since elementary school. My goal is similar, 150lbs (I like round numbers lol). Please add me, it's so hard to stay on track.

For the end of April, I want to lose at least 3lbs, making it go from 222lbs to 219lbs.

I'm starting to do that, but not everyday. The day after I do a 2x workout, the next day I do one to rest my body. I don't feel bad because I worked out good for that one time. Plus those 2x workouts are lighter, so you feel more justified to do it. I'll do ab work for 30 mins and then zumba or some dancing for 30 mins.…
