  • I don't know anything about Tae Bo or alternating them, but with the 30DS and moving up I think you'll know when you're ready. I'm on Level one day five and I can already feel stronger. I think the idea is 10 days on each level but I wouldn't move up until you are ready, and that could be before the 10 days, or after it.
