Actually if u cut out the condiments ( ketchup, Mayo, Ranch, BBQ sauce) It is closer to 390 cals and less then 10 gms of fat. Sometimes we just need to learn to modify our fast food choices.

Spin class is obly what you make of it!! Start out slow and then work your way up. Use less resistance and speed for the first class or so! After a few classes start challenging yourself! good luck!

I hear you~ i hate running on the treadmill or inside track in the gym. There is no comparison in being outside. Luckily it iwas not to cold to run outside here in TN. I did a 10 k this past weekend outside and it was about 39 out!! Stick with it warm weather is comming soon!!

Friday at work for my contest weigh in I weighed 167.4.. Today on the same scale at work i weighed 170. I did go out to eat more saturday but i had a 1200 Cal burn. Doesnt this seem like its a little bit more then a weight flucuation??

any of them with a chest strap are a MILLION times better then the ones you have to touch. I got mine at ****s sporting goods for 69.99 the brand name is sportline. I know the polars are good they will cost 100+.

Working out with someone is deffinatly better for me! I have pretty good willpower and motivation but sometimes you need a big kick in the a** to keep you moving! Thats what my husbands for!

I USED MINE LAST NIGHT ( WITH CHEST STRAP) i JOGGGED 3 1/2 MILES WITH AN AVERAGE HR OF 160-170 IT SAID I BURNED 600 CALS. THAT SEEMS LIKE A LOT!

I was really craving so real Ranch dressing. Not light or fat free ( ranch is my weakness) So i tried the grrek yogurt with hidden valley ranch mix and made a supper low cal no fat ( all the taste) ranch dressing!! YUM YUM
