March Goals?

What are everyones weight loss/exercise goals for march?

Mine is to lose 8lbs and get through the 30 days shred....

  • I'm thinking of trying the 30 day shred too. I keep reading so many positive things about it. I don't weigh in until March 5th. I'm hoping to be 160lbs or less would be better. I only started on the 17th tho, and was 165lbs. I need to amp it up! Good luck

    I need to lose 5 pounds - hopefully more! And I've been averaging about 10 miles a week total for cardio...I want to get that to 12 :)
  • My goals are:

    * Complete my first 10K in 1 hr and 15min,
    * Loose 8 to 10 pounds
    *Continue working out 6 days a week and also continue eating GOOD
    *Try to cook 1 NEW healthy dinner each week and convince my family that eating healthy doesnt have to "SUCK"

    I WANT TO LOOSE 8 POUNDS! I HAVE TO GET BACK ON TRACK!!! I ONLY LOST 2 POUNDS IN FEB!!

    My goal is to finish Day 30-60 with Power 90. After the first month I lost 10lbs so hopefully this second month I can lose another 5lbs. :smile:

    March is going to be a tough month for me. I want to up my miles-per-week past 25. (I'm training for a half-marathon) I'd love to loose 3 more lbs too!
