What were your results like the 1st time? I started turbo fire and did it for like 2 weeks, but some of the workouts are so long, I am struggling to complete. Any tips/advice? I made it through one round about 6 months or so ago, I believe I only did 60 days. Started back Monday. I am determined to complete the whole round this time. :)

This is a great idea. I am on week 5 day 4. I must say, phase 2 is kind of kicking my butt. I find myself so worn out by the end of workouts. I was able to pull on and zip up my 9/10 shorts. They were tight, but they went on and zipped. Muffin top is definitely diminishing, arms have more definition, chin is decreasing in size (the mole that is on my cheek is now almost comepletely under my chin. Yippee!!!

Workout 6 was a killer for me last night...I was a roasted pig by the time I finished. There wasn't a place on me that wasn't sweating. After reading todays posts I am excited to do cardio 2 tonight. If you do the kickstart week it is 2 workouts a day. She recommends 1 in the morning and the other in the evening. So you would do: Mon workout 1 in am and cardio in pm, Tues workout 2 in am cardio in pm, Wed cardio in am and cardio in pm... I only did 1 a day, but did the meal plan for the week. After that it is 1 a day.…

The workouts are roughly 30-35 minutes. You workout 6 days a week. I am using 5lb, 8lb weights. They are similar to her other workouts, but you change it up a lot more than the other workouts.
