Mine will go over with my milk and fruit intake alone. I have swithched to almond milk to give myself less sugar with that and I try to stay away from the procesed sugar foods, but usually cheat daily with a cookie or something. I will get "sugar free' ice cream and puddings. I also do us Splenda or Truvia as well.

Good to know! I have the FT60 and am waiting for the battery to die. How long do they usually last?? I use it about 6 days a week for about an hour or so a day and have had it for about 6+ months now.

It seems to me level 2 is more upper body and level 3 is more lower body. Feels good to be nearing the end. 3 days left! I definitely got upper body results from levels 1 & 2. Level 3 is getting the legs done!

I am convinced I should have been born a bear. Hibernation and bulking up for winter sounds heavenly!!!!! I love the time change because it is a little brighter when I want to get up vs now when it is completely black outside. Definitely should have been a bear!!!!! UGH!

I have a "kettlebell for beginners type dvd" that I use. I don't consider the kettle bell a weight as much as added resistance. THe one I use isn't very heavy but gives that extra burn. To me weight lifiting is going for heavier weights and repititions. Not a trained professional here by any means though!!

To be in maintain mode by Christmas. Be exercising everyday for at least 30 minutes. Making smart choices for food. Getting some new jeans for Christmas and my birthday!!!

I make sloppy joes or Manwich's with ground turkey. I find my daycare kdis eat more when I make it this way than with beef! I lvoe the flavor and prefer ground turkey over beef. Have used it with tacos, meatloaf, meatballs, burgers, fajitas,..... anyway you use beef!!

I accept that it is going to happen and ignore it. I don't weigh myself when I can see the deifference in bloating. I wait till the bloating is gone to weigh in. The joys of being female!
