It's amazing how we're all around the same height, but our weights and goals are so different. It's amazing how we can be the same weight but different body fats.. it puts in into perspective how everyone's journey is completely different.

Stick to Vodka.. If you have to drink alcohol.. pick Vodka w/ Soda water and fresh lemon/lime :) And make yourself toast when you get in instead of getting a kebab.. Have nice low calorie meals during the day.. and maybe get some cardio in. Sorted :)

Are you telling me... You consome 1000 calories, then burn off 600... so you're actually only getting 300 a day? That's what's wrong... If you're doing exercise without feeding yourself, you're burning muscle instead of fat. You need to eat enough.. and you need more lean protein. Don't Starve yourself.. Starvation leads…

As long as you have time to digest it before you go to sleep it's fine. You don't really burn fat while you're sleeping.

You've got to think about it as a life choice, not a diet! Only weigh yourself weekly until you reach your goal weight. Once you reach it stop weighing yourself and just go by how you look.
