Well sadly you don't appear very muscular at all. I would listen to your doctor. You do appear obese and I agree that 60-70 lbs weight loss would do you some good. I'm just being honest. Yes but your opinion is not factual at all and people are trying to explain why. It seems as though your not open to learning why and just want to believe that alcohol calories don't count like food calories( they do. They absolutely count)

Here's the simple way to find out- Eat more but log every single bite. Weigh everything. Be as accurate as possible. Well I ate ice cream every single night during my losing and continue during maintaining. I'm not saying it to " crow" I'm saying it so people understand that weight loss comes down to calories. Again jealousy is counterproductive.

Anything that creates a calorie deficit will cause you to lose weight. It comes down to calories . If this is what it takes for you to create the calorie deficit needed for weight loss then go for it! If you never count then how do you know your intake is 2000-3000? The reason I ask is because I can easily eat 5000 calories per day when not being mindful or weighing foods.

For weight loss all you need to do is create a calorie deficit. Create a reasonable yet responsible deficit. You don't want to lose too fast because you run the risk of losing way more muscle mass then you would want to Make sustainable changes. For example- could you eat low carb forever?
