I have the same problem and I use deodorant to stop the chafing. Works great and is inexpensive.

I have never used endomondo , I do however use runkeeper. It has glitched a few times on me but otherwise i really like it. I use it for running, walking and biking. I even used it to manually keep track of my elliptical workouts before i started mfp.

Just put them in your refrigerator. The peel will turn brown but the ripening process will drastically slow and you can still peel and eat.

I figured out the slope in the road that i was running on was causing my knee discomfort.

My elliptical has adjustable incline on the pedals. I found adjusting this helped me go longer before my toes started tingling.

Your right breathing through your mouth tends to dry your mouth out. I have found if I'm running any sort of distance chewing a piece of gum really helps. I don't have to chew it constantly to get the benefits either. Simply having got in my mouth helps stimulate saliva production.

I know everyone is different but when I run I cannot breathe in through my nose. I breathe in and out through my mouth. I know of a few other friends that run that do the same thing. Good luck!

This Saturday I will be running a 5k that our relay for life team hosts. Then on may 25 th I will be doing a 5k with my daughter and her girls on the run team.

I just started drinking a flavored water called sparkling ice. They come in a variety of flavors. They have that little bit of fizz plus they contain some vitamins and green tea extract. I like them better than a lot of the other varieties I have tried.

You are allowed to" eat back" those calories. That's why it shows you the adjustment for them.

I'm also 5'7" and my calorie goal is 1610. I'm not sure your activity level for the day but you could be under eating.

I'm a produce manager and I carry this line in my department. They are very good but when you look at the amount of fruit in the bottle it is way more than most people would ever eat in one sitting. Your better off just grabbing the fruit and eating it. You'll also save yourself some calories.
