I started this ap in 2013 when I was getting married. I then got pregnant back to back with my boys. Obviously pregnancy and losing. Weight doesn't really work. Honestly propel helps me a lot. I don't drink it because it supposably helps your energy ect. But I drink it to help me get water into my diet. From age 5-21 my main drink of choice was soda. Really nothing else. So if propel is just as good as water minus the sodium which shouldn't be too bad since I don't have diabetes…

I eat morning star stuff when I dont have time to cook. You can buy it and its premade so thats a huge plus and you just heat em up in the microwave. if you have a single black bean burger and bread ect its only like 250-300 calories and is very filling

Personally I take the green tea fat burner pills 2 times a day, and they actually fill me up before i even think about eating which makes me not want to eat much at all. also use a smaller plate and put your portion on it and then leave the kitchen and eat it.
