  • I found out what i was doing wrong lol. I was looking at the number as it was changing which involved not standing straight. now that im standing straight it only changes by two pounds from morning to night :)
  • I often weight myself. more than once a day sometimes just because Its almost addicting seeing if youve lost any ounces or anything. I only weigh in on here once a week though so that its more acurate then what I see on the scale. :)
  • I use ground turkey/ ground pork as well. and what ive found that works is i pre pack the turky into hamburgers and then freeze them and instead of letting them thaw i put em right on the grill. as long as they cook all the way through it should be just fine otherwise maybe youll just have to cook em on a skillet :/
