I did for a while. It's hard to kick start your habits but works wonder. One of the most useful food: peanut butter in powder with added proteins. Super useful for a filling snack and upping your proteins without the fat

Oh boy! Lol. Very nice. Well, yeah I have these days to. They tend to pass. How much do you have left for the day?
-
Hahaha! Very nice. Thanks that was great. Yes and now my coworkers want to get drinks at 5:30pm. They are all linking up.. Grrrrr. How's your day?
-
Benny Sounds innovative, What do you mean?

Yes sometimes a nap is what it takes. I wish the corporate world was smart enough to let me nap for 20 min. We'd both benefit so much from it!

The cable pull through is defiitely the most akward. But that doesn't grow these quads... does it?
-
Oh great! Checking it out right now. Do you train heavy for deadlifts?
-
Go for it!
-
Great! I have all of that available at the salad bar I think.

Awesome tips! Thank you very much. I will try and save more calories for the evening. I usually go out after work so it's difficult to know where I will be eating at night, but maybe having more calories to deal with will help.

5"5, I eat around 1700 cal daily to 2200 on workout days. I do a lot of cardio and plyometrics (high intensity training that involve growth of your rapid muscles). I'm losing weight. Slowly but surely.

Thank you all so much for your answers. Im debating wether giving up or not. But I do feel I should hang in there for a bit more and give the baby carrots a try next time Im famished. I do exercice a lot. I love it. I had an intense workout yesterday morning which probably made me so hungry all day. But what can I do?…

You look wonderful! What an inspiration. Im saving your quote as a personal mantra: Not a perfect journey, but never give up on yourself.

Oh my! Thank you all so much for posting back. It feels really good to have support and to hear about other ways to deal with that struggle. It is true that my job is probably part of the problem. It's only been a month and a half since I work there full time and here I am... Struggling with bulimia at a degree that was…

Thanks! it's really interesting and relieving ... real bodies just have no luck vs photoshop
-
that's great :) I guess everyone has to find their tricks but I can totally relate to the immature "make some people jealous" part. Good luck to you as well! Keep in touch.

Hey! fattofit120. Thanks a lot for posting back. Support is great! Your story is pretty encouraging! Congrats for losing 31 pounds and staying away from junk food. So you mean you are still having urges but managed to lose weight? How do you stay motivated? Thanks again :)

Thanks for sharing your experience! It's nice to see Im not alone :) I have started to implement more strengh training in my routine and it must have raved up my metabolism just like it did for you. Hi! Thanks so much for your answer. I like food too :) and think about it a lot too :) I will definitely check out your diary. It's good to know you adjusted to a lower cal intake. I'm sure I'll get there. Thank you for sharing your tips!

What's your name? Wetikaba Where do you live? Paris, France What are your food vices/ cheats? Chocolate, Wine, Dinners out where I want to try everything on the menu What do you think is holding you back from being in your TOP shape? 1. Not sticking to my plan because I tend to forget to plan ahead 2. Fatigue makes me want…

wow. There is so much you can listen too. What's your favorite style? Anything up tempo is good. Also when I run I like ambient-relaxing music to help me get in the zone. If you like mainstream you can create a play list by going on billboard and checking the new hits. Personal favorite: F*** you from Cee-Lo

I agree too!! You gotta feed your body enough calories or you'll get into starvation mode.
