Need help moving past day 3 of low carb
Today is haaaaard. I know it's just going to pass as this is my 3rd serious / no cheat day at this low carb diet. Just drank my second green tea. Internet at work is down and its usually the moment I reach out for the snacks. I just wanted to share. Anybody also struggling? How is your day? Tips anyone?

Stress and fatigue : anyone has tricks?
My worst enemies are stress and fatigue. I live eating healthy and like to exercice. But everytime Im tired, or stressed I Reach out for food and it derails me. Anybody has successfully mastered stress and fatigue management?

How to exercise glutes but NOT grow quads
My butt is too soft but my legs are pretty muscly. I run a lot. Would love to target my butt without bulking my thoughts further. I've done a good share of fitness and, I already know that squats grow my quads. Which is cool but no longer needed. MFP fitness addicts: What are your fave butt exercises? Cheers !

Just started implementing macro count into my daily calories. It's a lot of fun but pretty hard to keep up with. Very low calorie intake- Flu
Hello, my calorie intake yesterday was really low like 800 cal because I have the flu and lost my appetite.
