Any Macro-nutrient counter over here?

Just started implementing macro count into my daily calories. It's a lot of fun but pretty hard to keep up with. Apparently in order to loose weight and keep muscle mass I'd have to eat 128 grams of protein a day for 1462 cal. So hard without supplement. But I've been good and after only 3 days I'm shedding like crazy. Don't ask me how much weight. I don't have a scale but I feel that I'm loosing water a lot. Fat will come next.

Any tip on how to eat that much protein without piling up calories?
Any other tip?
Any macro success story? Struggle?
