    Mine is:
    125g (0.5 packet) Tilda microwave wholegrain rice - 158cal
    100g tinned tuna - 105 cal (or 70g (0.5 packet) quorn chicken style slices @ 99cal or 2 quorn chicken fillets @ 90cal (45 each))
100g cucumber (chopped into little cubes) - 15 calories
    60g lettuce - 11 calories
1 tblsp low calorie dressing (I use Tesco Healthy living Ceaser) - 10 calories

= 299 calories (293cals or 284cals), depending on which protein is chosen :-)

    1.5 cup lettuce (romaine)
    1 cup cut up cucumbers
    1/2 haas avocado
    light caesar dressing
    1 tbsp of olive oil.

Medium sized baked sweet potato (with skin!) with your favorite 100 calorie protein; chicken, hard boiled egg...you will be satisfied for HOURS and it will satisfy your carb craving. Its full of fiber. Sweet potatos, delicious, are such an amazing trick paired with lean protein.

You probably can't make it at work but I like a big egg white scramble with onions mushrooms peppers ham or real bacon bits and some light feta cheese. It's really filling and low calorie.
