  • I did JM 30 day Shred today, workouut 2 It was a killer and my but is sore as you know what. I feel great and finished it with some Yoga which will hopefully help with the soreness! Have a great week eberyone!

  • We have very similar goals! I was at 170 last year and did great and lost many pounds! But I lost my motivation and got lost. I started up again 2 week ago. I was a 151 and now I am at 147.5. My goal is 136 (that is where I was before I have my son 7 1/2 years ago) but would LOVE to be at 130. I am watching my diet closely…
  • I have been taking Zumba for over a year now, and have to say it is GREAT! I use my HRM and can burn 800 calories in 50 mins in the Monday class, It is a wonderful way to begin the week and helps to keep me on task!   • I have to agree with the above person! Just take your time and grieve. It is so hard to loose a little one. Take one day at a time and you will begin to feel better little by little. Just remember, excercise is great to give you a natural upper! Hang in there! Hugs to you!
  • Hello! I am on day 7 of lesson 1 and am doing great! I feel great after I workout and am really sore. Not too bad, but a good burn! I would love to have a group to motivate. I am using 5 pound weights and 3 pound weights.
  • Hello! I found the same thing, but I also feel so much better after I work out. I would recommend getting a video like JM 30 day Shred It is a quick and effective workout.
