I use chia seeds to make a rice pudding-like dessert. Put chia seeds in, add almond milk or whatever milk you'd like and put it in the fridge for about an hour. The chia seeds absorb the milk and expand and you get this really like tapioca-like dessert that is much healthier!

Yes, I take a day off. Currently I train 4x a week with a hard-moderate run. The other days I will usually cross-train with elliptical or bike. I may also add in some weight training. If I don't actually "work out" then I'm usually walking or keeping active doing chores/work etc.

Without doing anything, I consume around 1550 calories. With exercise, it can range from 1700-2200.

I eat a lot. I'm 5'2" and I eat around 1500 calories a day but I keep fairly active so it's more like 1700-2000 depending on how much I'm doing that day. Have you tried putting your activity level and other stats into MFP and get it to calculate your calories per day? I did that to give myself a rough estimate.

Running intervals is a great way to build endurance. You can try to run 10 minutes, walk 1 minute. Yes, if you are out of breath, you need to slow down and pace yourself - I'm still working on that! Good luck!

I'm like that too. If I have a whole bag of chips or a box of cookies then I will continuously eat them. I have learned to not buy those items and if I do have them, definitely portion it out. I have the Beats by Dr. Dre Powerbeats. They are pricey so other cheaper versions with the similar design is great. They stay on when I run and they mold into your ears so they hold in place. They are also water resistant so it's good when you're sweating heavily!

I can't work out on an empty stomach in general. I basically have another meal or snack before I can exert any energy. Before running, I've been eating about half a sweet potato. I need those carbs! I've also had cereal before or oatmeal with a banana. I tend to do longer runs, so it helps.

I find running on a treadmill much easier than outdoors. Do you access to an indoor track? Outdoors is definitely more engaging and I tend to run faster outside.
