Hi everyone. I am out of town and not near a scale. the last few weeks have not been good for me. I've kinda not cared and that's never a good thing. I'm starting to get back - and feel confident by Monday I'll be ready to be back on track. thanks for the support! have a great 2013!!!

I'm from the Chicago area. I've been struggling lately with a plateau - which always just sounds like an excuse to me. But, man it is not coming off!!! Already down about 53 - and goal is to lose 20 lbs in the next 20 weeks. That's doable! Let's kick it!

I load everything in (full cans, etc) and then estimate how may servings and break it down that way. Works pretty well for me.

I also jump on the scale every day. It helps me so that I can really keep track of my progress - and if I weigh in on one of those crazy up days I am not too devastated, because i know it was a fluke. Good luck!!!
