Log it and move on. Tomorrow's another day.

Haha! I'm dying!

This is me too. I aim to have a weekly calorie goal rather than a daily, so when I feel hungry I eat more, with the knowledge that later I won't be as ravenous and it'll balance over the course of a week.

I really like fish, but the thought of THAT much fish in a day makes me feel all ooky. Especially because it says COD every single time. What a boring fish to have to eat at every single meal of the day. COD COD COD. :s

He flew right into your head! Like he couldn't avoid it. Never seen that before, bird into a woman's head...

Have you tried calorie cycling? I found it helped me get over the hump. Congrats on your little one!

Eat 'something'. Whatever it is, I have some amount of it if I'm craving it. I aim to meet a calorie deficit over the course of a week, and I don't have daily cravings. So, when I crave something, I indulge and then eat within my calorie goal for the week. Alternatively, going to bed early sometimes helps

First off, take it easy on yourself! I have 4 kids, and number '3' we got a bonus baby. I'm almost 24 months postpartum from my twins and FINALLY have lost the baby weight from my three pregnancies. To be perfectly honest, for me it's been almost exclusively done with calorie restriction. I calorie cycle which works…

I was a FF and have only lost 25 pounds, yet my bras are all really baggy in the cups and are on the tightest notch on the band. Going shopping next month :D

I have four kids, am 5'4" and was at least 200 pounds at the end of my last pregnancy with twins. Today I'm 144 pounds. It took several months, a few hiccups here and there (and still!) but you can totally do it. I agree with making small, sustainable changes, and finding an exercise you enjoy doing! Best of luck to you,…

Awesome work! I can definitely see a difference!

Thank you :)

Thank you :)
-
You can! I really only started trying to lose weight in March. Good luck to you!
-
Thank you! Just lots of walking/running when I can and an elliptical at home. I'd say most of my weight loss was due to watching what I eat and logging it on here. Edited to add, I'm 5'4".

Great work!

Thanks! I woke up this morning and realized I think I'm ready to maintain! I tried on a bunch of clothes from my closet, and not only do they fit, they're a little loose. If I keep losing, my clothes won't fit AGAIN, just in the wrong direction. I'd like to work on maintain a while and I'd REALLY like to work on building…

I'm so jealous of your flat tummy! You are awesome!
-
Thanks ladies! Yes, I was quite big. I was stopped on the street by complete strangers asking me 'How many I had' in there. Even though my body isn't perfect now, I have 4 awesome and crazy kids to show for it :)

You look gorgeous in that orange!
-
Ha, not very happy! I have a horrendous migraine today! But I am so happy I've lost the weight :)
-
5'4", started aroung 168, am currently 146. Still not sure if I'm done yet!
-

Fudge. I don't know what I'm doing wrong!

Technological differences here...bare with me while I figure out how to post the photos ;)
-
This brought tears to my eyes! You're absolutely amazing!
-
I have no clue either. I'm under 150 for the first time in over 6 years, and while my clothes are fitting (one of my original goals), and are even a little loose, I still don't feel like I'm done on this journey. I'm still on the low end of the BMI 'overweight' category, still feel flabby and still don't feel like I'm…

I tried it, but am hypoglycemic and was miserable. I'm calorie cycling now, more sustainable, no fasting. Regularized blood sugar = happier mommy!

I made homemade ones for my husband one year, they're his favorite candy. They were AMAZING and relatively easy to make (although messy!) I used natural peanut butter and Ghirardelli chocolate. He was pretty impressed and they tasted so much better than the oily pucks Reese's sells.
